Speaker Bio (for website)
◦
John Bollinger is a legendary technical analyst who created the Bollinger Bands, a volatility-based charting tool. In the early 1980s, he revolutionized chart analysis by visualizing price movements to help investors identify trends. Today, Bollinger Bands are one of the most widely used tools in financial markets for their reliability.

3. Live Demonstration with Toss Securities Platform
We would love for John to conduct a simple live demonstration using our PC trading platform!
•
Platform link: tossinvest.com
•
Steps:
◦
Visit the website
◦
Click on any stock chart
◦
Click on "Auxiliary Indicator" menu and select "Bollinger Bands"
▪
For more detailed instructions, please refer to the attached file.
•
Notes:
◦
On our platform, John can adjust the moving average and standard deviation settings within the Bollinger Bands, and view them alongside other indicators such as volume, OBV, and RSI.
◦
We are currently developing the %b, bandwidth, and Intraday Intensity indicators, and they are expected to be completed before the session date.
◦
The demonstration does not need to be complicated — simply showing John’s preferred settings, a few key indicators, or anything else he finds helpful would be sufficient.
◦
If John agrees, we will prepare a separate English version page. Yea-eun would also assist during the live demonstration.
4. Important Points
•
40–45 minutes is relatively short to fully cover Bollinger Bands. So we suggest focusing on practical takeaways — the essential points the audience should remember and apply.
•
The goal is not to teach everything but to leave attendees with immediately useful insights.
5. Questions for John
•
Are there any feedback or adjustments needed for the proposed session structure?
•
Would John be open to doing a live demonstration?
◦
If so, are there any particular settings-indicators, or scenarios he would like to show or walk the audience through?
•
Any concerns or suggestions regarding the session format?
